LT 65 Cutting Line
Cutting line with frontal blade Ø 650 mm.
The LT 65 is a fully CNC-commanded cutting line that produces cut-to-measure elements via a bar feeder and a front-blade sawing machine. 20 different variants are available, configurable in terms of depth and length of material loading/unloading magazines and right or left feed direction. FSTLine management software handles all phases from programming through to work list management in a single application.

LMT 650
Machining and cutting centre with front blade Ø 650 mm.
High-productivity automatic machining and cutting centre designed to perform milling, four-sided drilling and cutting to length on aluminium and light alloy profiles. The LMT 650 automates the main processing operations for frame and mechanical engineering sectors in a single production process. The FSTLine4 control software provides a digital twin with 3D CAD visualisation, on-board re-optimisation, direct import with processing recognition, and recovery of damaged parts.

LMX 650
Machining and cutting centre with down-feed blade Ø 650 mm and bar passage 300×300 mm.
High-productivity automatic machining and cutting centre designed to perform milling, four-sided drilling and cutting to length on aluminium and light alloy profiles. The LMX 650 features a down-feed blade configuration with a 300×300 mm bar passage, accommodating large-section profiles. FSTLine4 software provides full production management with digital twin, on-board re-optimisation, and scrap recovery.
