CALCO
Electro-pneumatic copy router combining ease of use with good performance.
The Calco electro-pneumatic copy router combines ease of use and good performance. Transfer of the head is by means of indirect levers. The quick change system for the tool in the ER16 collet holder spindle facilitates tool changing. Piece locking is by horizontal pneumatic vices. Two jigs with standard figure and a pneumatic tracer are provided.

ISOS
Electro-pneumatic copy router with high-rigidity head unit.
The ISOS features a high-rigidity head unit and ER20 collet coupling. Transfer of the head is by indirect levers. Piece locking is ensured by a pair of horizontal pneumatic vices. The pneumatic tracer completes the equipment provided.

Matisse
Electro-pneumatic copy router with rotating work table.
The Matisse features a rotating work table that allows machining on two surfaces of the profile without unlocking from the vices, maintaining machining references throughout. This avoids continual profile repositioning and allows shorter tools, reducing vibration and noise. Transfer by indirect levers, ER20 quick-change spindle, horizontal and vertical pneumatic vices, two jigs and two independent pneumatic tracers.
