The FMC120 is a 3+1 axis CNC machining centre designed for the complete mechanical processing of aluminium profiles. It features an automatic tool changer, ER collet spindle, and adjustable pneumatic vices. Well-suited to standard window and door fabrication workshops requiring reliable, repeatable results with a compact footprint.

FMC Series 2 (FMC230)
4-axis CNC machining centre designed for drilling and milling on aluminium and steel profiles.
The FMC 230 machining centre with 4 controlled axes has been designed to carry out drilling and milling operations on aluminium or steel profiles. The standard 10-location automatic tool change and tool-free vice jaw adjustment speed up the manufacturing process. The characteristic design features the luminous FOM logo indicating machine status. It can be fitted with the X FLOW device (Fom Industrie patent) allowing automatic adjustment and optimisation of tool lubrication flow direction. Optional functions include machining of oversized profiles, Flowdrill, 2-piece machining, and single working area machining with X PAL. FSTCam4 is the integrated CAM package — the only solution processing extruded aluminium that manages design, manufacture, work list and running in a single application.

The FMC340 and FMC370 are 4-axis CNC machining centres delivering high productivity for aluminium profile processing. Both models feature FST software, tool magazine, bar measurement, and linear guide systems for smooth, precise movement. The FMC370 adds an extended machining length for longer profile runs.
