Corner Cleaning

CNC and semi-automatic machines for welding bead removal and corner deburring.

ProfteQ corner cleaning machines remove welding beads and deburr corners on uPVC frames with precision. From the semi-automatic UN4F with rapid-change milling heads to the CORNERLAB 20 CNC machine with interpolated axes, ProfteQ offers a solution for every production volume. PQClean self-learning CAM software guides programming using an intuitive 2D graphic interface.

  • UN4F semi-automatic with quick-change milling units
  • CORNERLAB 20 CNC with 2 interpolated axes
  • Profiles up to 160–190 mm height
  • PQClean self-learning CAM software

Welding Machines

Single and multi-head welding machines for consistent uPVC corner joints.

ProfteQ welding machines deliver consistent, high-quality corner joints for uPVC window and door frames. The SA330 single-head model handles 90° joints; the LINK9045 two-head machine handles 90° and variable angles; the QUAD OS 9045 four-head CNC welds all four corners simultaneously. All models feature adjustable heated bead restrictors for cleaner joints.

  • SA330 automatic single-head welder
  • LINK9045 two-head 90° and variable angle
  • QUAD OS 9045 CNC four-head for maximum throughput
  • Industry 4.0 connectivity across range

End Milling & Drain Slot

End milling and drain slot routing machines for precise uPVC profile preparation.

ProfteQ's end milling and drain slot machines prepare uPVC profiles for assembly. The FR 9045 MKII delivers a clean 90° wood-type finish for tight corner joints. The TRIDENT (3-motor) and DR4 (4-motor) drain slot routers provide semi-automatic multi-motor water drainage routing, reducing cycle times and ensuring consistent geometry across production.

  • FR 9045 MKII end mill — clean 90° wood-type finish
  • TRIDENT semi-automatic 3-motor drain slot router
  • DR4 semi-automatic 4-motor drain slot router
  • Compatible with standard uPVC profile systems

Assembly & Glazing

CNC assembly stations and glazing tables for the final production stages.

ProfteQ assembly and glazing stations streamline the final stages of uPVC production. The JOB LT CNC station machines hinge bores on welded frames and uses PQAB barcode-guided software to direct operators through each hardware assembly step — indicating accessories, positions, and screw specifications. Liftable glazing tables up to 3200 mm complete the workflow.

  • JOB LT CNC hinge bore machining on welded frames
  • PQAB barcode-guided hardware assembly software
  • Cremone bolt cut size integration
  • Liftable glazing tables to 3200 mm working width

Automatic Cutting Lines

Fully automated bar-feed cutting lines with PQLine optimisation software.

ProfteQ automatic cutting lines combine bar feeding, loading, and unloading magazines with electronic axis control and PQLine cut-list optimisation software. The LT10 features a 550 mm upfeed cutting unit, 3 electronically controlled axes, and 6 independent programmable vices. PQLine imports cut lists, uses available offcuts, and marks spoiled zones to minimise waste.

  • LT10 automatic cutting line with bar feeder
  • 550 mm upfeed cutting unit with programmable orientation
  • 3 electronically controlled axes
  • PQLine cut-list optimisation with offcut management

Glazing Bead Saws

Precision glazing bead saws with electronic length stops and PQGB software.

ProfteQ glazing bead saws deliver efficient, precise cutting for uPVC window production. The TR4P cuts 4 glazing beads per cycle with an independent electronic length stop; the TR65N handles 2 at a time. The QUOTA GB PVC electronic measuring roller table — with optional Bluetooth data reception — completes the glazing bead station. PQGB software manages cut lists and imports panel measurements automatically.

  • TR4P — 4 glazing beads per cycle
  • TR65N — 2 glazing beads per cycle
  • Electronic length stop with independent beats
  • PQGB touch-screen HMI with list optimisation
