JOB LT
CNC drilling station for hinge bores on welded uPVC frames.
The JOB LT is a CNC station designed for machining hinge bores on welded uPVC frames, with an optional edge trimmer for Z frame tab processing. Integrated PQAB software reads a barcode on any side of the door and guides the operator through the complete hardware assembly sequence — indicating accessories, positions, and screw specifications. The system also sends cremone bolt cut sizes to the cutter and coordinates with the automatic screwing station.
