The LT10 cutting line features 3 electronically controlled axes, automatic loading and unloading magazines, and PQLine optimisation software to minimise material waste by factoring in offcuts and spoiled zones. The LMR12 system adds a screwing station and multi-spindle CNC machining unit for complete, in-line profile preparation.

LT10
Cutting line with 3 electronically controlled axes.
The LT10 is an automatic cutting line complete with bar feeder, loading magazine, and unloading magazine for the cut pieces. The single-head upfeed cutting unit is fitted with a 550 mm blade; blade movement and orientation (30°–150°) are electronically programmed. Six independent vices lock the profile in the optimal sequence for any geometry. PQLine software imports and optimises cut lists, using available offcuts and marking spoiled zones to minimise waste.
