The UN4F is a semi-automatic cleaning unit with 1 or 2 quick-change milling units for external corner deburring and welding bead removal. The rapid-change system minimises downtime between profile changes while delivering consistent results across production runs.

CORNERLAB 20
CNC corner cleaner with 2 interpolated axes for complete profile cleaning.
The CORNERLAB 20 is a CNC corner cleaning machine with 2 interpolated axes (3 available on request) for the complete cleaning of profiles up to 160 mm in height. PQClean self-learning CAM software guides the operator through programming tool paths using an intuitive 2D graphic interface, automatically translating them into ISO machining programs.
