ProfteQ glazing bead saws are designed for efficient, precise cutting of glazing beads in uPVC window production. The TR4P cuts 4 glazing beads per cycle with an independent electronic length stop, while the TR65N handles 2 at a time. The QUOTA GB PVC electronic measuring roller table — with optional Bluetooth data reception — completes the glazing bead station. PQGB software manages all cutting lists, imports panel measurements automatically, and optimises the cuts across the 4 tracks.
